StandardThe event page exists or has been asked for, and at least one link from an outside site is planned to it.

EnhancedStandard, plus the internal links we asked the content team for: the series or organiser page above it filled and linking down, or an existing article pointed at it.

AdvancedEnhanced, plus satellite content made for it: a guide or a winners article that links in, a pick'em page for the event, the series hub above it with its own link.

MaxAdvanced, plus the editorial team throwing its weight behind the event with content above and beyond what was asked for. Which events get this is the editorial team's call and is marked here once known; none yet.

One source file, events.csv, and one command, python3 build.py. A date change is a rebuild, never a redraw. Rebuilt weekly with the Monday report, so the report and this page cannot disagree.
The phase windows are worked out from the first and last match: a tournament's search window is the six months before it is played, interest peaks in the four weeks before the first match, and every page has to be finished before it. They are aligned to the Channel Plan's own phase dates once those are read.
